Our projects start from $2,900 for a simple website and go up to $15,000 or more for complex builds with e-commerce, custom integrations, or advanced functionality. Yes. While we're based in Brisbane, we work with clients across Australia. Most of our communication happens via email, phone, and video calls, which works well regardless of location. We've delivered projects for businesses in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and regional areas.

Every website we build is fully responsive and tested across a range of devices and screen sizes. We use a mobile-first design approach, meaning we design for smaller screens first and then scale up to tablets and desktops. This ensures the best possible experience on the devices your visitors actually use.
We don't provide hosting directly, but we can recommend reliable Australian hosting providers and assist with setup and deployment. For WordPress sites, we typically recommend managed WordPress hosting for the best combination of performance, security, and support. For Shopify stores, hosting is included in the Shopify platform.
Yes. If your site is built on WordPress or Shopify, you'll have full access to update content, add pages, upload images, and manage products yourself. We provide documentation and training to help you get comfortable with the platform. If you'd prefer hands-off management, we offer ongoing maintenance packages.
We require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion before final handover. For larger projects over $10,000, we can arrange milestone-based payments. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST. Full details are outlined in our Terms of Service.
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support period (2 to 8 weeks depending on your package) during which we fix any bugs related to our work at no extra cost. Beyond that, we offer monthly maintenance packages that include software updates, security monitoring, backups, and minor content changes.
Yes. Every website we build includes technical SEO foundations: semantic HTML, proper heading structure, meta tags, XML sitemaps, clean URLs, image optimisation, and fast page loads. This gives your site the best technical foundation for ranking in search results. We don't provide ongoing SEO content strategy, but we can recommend specialists if you need that service.
To get started, we'll need an understanding of your business, goals, and target audience. We'll discuss this in an initial consultation. Before development begins, we'll need your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), website content (or a content plan), and any specific functionality requirements. We provide a detailed checklist to make this process straightforward.
Yes. Many of our projects are redesigns of existing websites. We can work with your current platform or recommend migrating to a more suitable one. During the redesign process, we audit your existing site for content, SEO value, and analytics data to ensure nothing important is lost in the transition.
